On the 30th of January my friend Ashley, from work, done me a babyshower. It was very eventful & entertaining!!! I had so much fun, and it was good to have everyone from work & my family together. With everything I felt so spoiled and so appreciative! They had me everthing diapers, clothes, baby bath stuff, blankets, and so much more things to get me started. My parents & siblings also done me a stroller with carseat & a pack n' play. They are having it shipped to my house and it should be here around the 4th. I'm so excited to see them!!! Oh and Thanks to Clint for watching Tragen while all of us girls went to my babyshower! It ment alot!
I had a somewhat crazy weekend too. I had my mom, sister & her kids, & Clint all home for the weekend. My mom called my sister "Suzie Homemaker" and I called her "Martha Stewart" the whole weekend. Thursday when she showed up she made us eggplant and that for dinner before Clint and I had to go to my prenatal class. Then she sewed stuff for the whole weekend. The first thing she done was the curtains. They were a plain brown and she added some polka dots to them. Her next projects were my carseat cover & bedskirt for the crib. The cover is blue with brown polka dots on one side and the opposite on the other side, and the bedskirt is plain brown. It all turned out cute with it all put together. My mom mostly helped her out and I tried but mostly kicked my feet up and tried to relax. Thanks alot for all you did this weekend MOM & MANNY!!!
So I am 37 weeks now and to term. So 3 more weeks to go!!! It's gonna be interesting how all this turns out in the end. Hopefully she'll make it through or to the Valentine weekend!? My boss told my mom something like she has me scheduled to work but don't think I'll make it. I am hoping I do, but it'll be cool to have her on my Daddy's Birthday, too......
